Upon confirmation of
availability of event space our Catering Department will coordinate all of your
food and beverage needs. We also offer
professional coordination services as required based upon the nature of your
event.
Catering Charges
Once menu design,
service needs and beverage selections have been approved a contract will be
issued and a 50% deposit required. Ten
(10) days prior to the event we require a final guaranteed guest count and full
payment of Estimated Charges. Final
billing will reflect any variations from the Estimated Catering Charges and
Actual Costs of the event.
All menu prices include set-up and clean-up of your
event, necessary tables and chairs, linens, disposable or china, where
applicable, all food items and buffet service items. Prices do not include service labor, service
charge or tax. When you decide on
your final menu selection you will receive a contract with all charges
estimated to give you a complete price per person.
Arapahoe Park Catering
Services accepts corporate checks, money orders, Visa, Mastercard,
and Cash for payment.
Charitable or
non-profit organizations, exempt from sales tax will be required to fill out a
sales tax exemption form, per event, in order for Arapahoe Park Catering
Services to waive sales tax charges. Ask
your Catering Coordinator to provide this for you.
Administrative Service Charge
To continually provide
the highest level of service a 15% Administrative Service Charge will be added
on all food, service and beverage. Also
local sales tax applies. Gratuities for
staff are at your discretion.

providing the highest quality professional staff for your events. All of our staff members are trained to
provide you with the best service possible.
Due to the varied nature of events at our many facilities it is
frequently advantageous for you to be billed separately for food and staff for
your event. Contact our planners so we
can be sure to provide you with all of the services and information you may
need.
Labor Charges
To insure the highest
level of service possible for your event, event management and event staff are
charged at the following rates per service hour:
Event Staff $15.00
per service hour
( Includes all Service Staff, Bar Tenders and Chefs Assistants)
